When Is “Product” Going To Be Back In Stock?

Due to the nature of our supply chain, we at Buyairsoft have very little influence over shipping times and backordered products. For this reason, some key items may be out of stock for extended periods. Some products have expected dates of arrival for new stock. These dates are based on our suppliers’ quotes. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping delays occur which will change the expected date of arrival. We try to keep these dates as accurate as possible.

Can You Please Give Me More Information On “Product”?

The product specifications posted on our site are based on confirmed and recorded information. We try to put on as much information as we have confirmed, however this sometimes will still not answer your inquiries. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us.

Can You Bring In A Product That Is Not On Your Site?

BuyAirsoft is eager to expand our product offering to better suit the needs of our customers. We research our new products extensively and due to the costs of bringing in new product, we always want to ensure that our selection will be popular. We encourage you to write to our sales department with any recommendations for new product you may have. The more recommendations we get, the more likely we are to bring it in.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

Do You Carry “Replacement” Parts For My Gun?

We do carry some extra replacement parts to sell separately. Please contact us for specifics.

Do You Install Upgrade Parts?

Yes, we can install upgrade parts. BuyAirsoft is not responsible for any damaged caused to your airsoft gun by any upgrade part. Our Technicians will assess the appropriateness of any upgrade parts before they are installed by a BuyAirsoft Technician. Upgrade parts purchased from BuyAirsoft and installed by anyone other than a BuyAirsoft Technician will have no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where Are You Located? Can I Come Buy A Gun Directly From Your Warehouse?

We have a storefront located in Red Deer, Alberta and we are currently expanding to a second location within the USA this is to be determined. Please keep checking back for updates on this.

What Is The Best Way To Contact Buyairsoft?

There are currently three ways to contact our staff: email, Live Chat, or phone. We will do our best to respond to emails received between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST, Tuesday through Saturday within 2 hours of receiving your email. Our phone line will be operated during regular business hours, Tuesday through Saturday. Please feel free to leave a voicemail if you are calling outside of regular business hours. The exception to these hours is Statutory and Civic holidays applicable.

Is There Any Chance Of My Order From Buyairsoft Getting Seized Or Confiscated?

We Cannot 100% guarantee that any product will not be seized or confinscated we do our best to ensure that all products are complient but it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the products are complient with their local rules and regulations.

How Old Do You Have To Be To Buy/Own An Airsoft Gun?

If you are under the age of 18, we require permission from a parent or guardian for a minor to purchase products from Buyairsoft. If you do not have permission to buy products online on your own, a parent/guardian will need to purchase products for you.

While minors are permitted to own airsoft guns, the use of an airsoft gun by a minor must be supervised. Goggles or safety glasses must be worn at all times during play. Particular caution must be used when playing with all-black guns. Please keep all orange barrel markers intact to ensure the public knows you are using a toy.

Since all products on our site are for purchase by customers 18 years of age or older; all shipments require an Adult (18+) Signature upon delivery. If nobody at the parcel’s destination can sign and prove age of majority the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for pick up by an Adult (18+). If the parcel is not picked up at the post office within 2 weeks, it will be returned to Buyairsoft. Surcharges and Additional Shipping Fees will apply for packages to be re-sent, or a Re-Stocking Fee will be applied and a partial refund issued.


How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary on product weight and the destination of the order. Once your order is placed and you have selected your shipping type you will be given your total cost for your order including shipping and any other applicable fees.

Do You Ship Internationally?

If you are in Canada please head over to for shipping there. If you are outside of Canada or the USA please contact us with your local airsoft laws and we will discuss with you the options.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Our standard shipping method is local Postal services.  Xpresspost and Priority Courier options are available for an additional cost. We also offer UPS Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options.

Why Is My Tracking Number Not Working?

You must allow 36 hours to pass after receiving your tracking number, as it will not be active before these 36 hours have passed. If it has been well over 36 hours, email us and we will double check that you have the correct tracking number and will direct you with further instructions from there.

My Tracking Number Says My Order Was Successfully Delivered, But I Still Have Not Received It?

Please email us all your order information and all details pertaining to the problems you are experiencing with the courier. We will direct you with further instructions from there.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Our warehouse processes orders Tuesday through Friday and is closed on the weekends. We do our best to ensure all orders placed within regular business hours are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of the funds being secured. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next regular business day. You will be notified by email if there is a chance your order could be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (ie. customer information verification, underage customer, unclear shipping information, etc.).

The selected shipping method will have estimated delivery times from the day of ordering. Please start this estimate on the day of shipping not the day ordered.

I Placed My Order Last Week And It Does Not Look Like It Has Been Shipped Yet, What Is Going On?

If you have placed your order and have used your Debit as your payment through PayPal, it will need to go through a bit more extensive verifying process and will take longer to verify than other methods of payment. Please refer to Paypal to double check the payment verification times. If your payment was verified, and still looks like it had no movement please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to help you out.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We at Buyairsoft are eager for everyone to feel safe purchasing online. We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards. PayPal also gives customers the option to link a debit account to their PayPal account. If you do not wish to use PayPal, we offer direct credit card payment over the phone.

What Is The Total Cost (Product(s) + Shipping + Taxes) Going To Be For Everything?

Tax rates for online purchases are calculated based on the shipping destination. This means in order to see your cost with Tax you will need to register and be logged in or in your cart with a set shipping and billing address.

To find the total price with shipping on the item(s) you are interested in please follow these steps:

What Do I Do If I Want To Return A Product?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for an Exchange. These items must remain unopened and in their original condition. Products being returned are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given. also cannot refund original shipping fees. There will also be a 15% restocking fee applied to all products being returned.

What Do I Do If I Receive The Wrong Product?

If you receive the wrong product, DO NOT use it. You must contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Always ensure the product you receive is the correct product that you ordered from any online retailer, as these types of mistakes do happen.

What Do I Do If I Receive A Defective Product? expects our customers to receive fully functional products that meet the standards reflected in the products’ description. Should you receive a product that is defective right out of the box, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the order through our contact page. If a product cannot be repaired by our in-house Technicians, we will send you a replacement or store credit of equal value.

Who Pays For Shipping On Returns?

If a product is being returned to for warranty repair, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
